Must Know Before You Go for Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya Tickets
- Each car will seat 5 to 6 visitors depending on the car type. No visitors will be allowed to sit in the front with our drivers.
- Elephant feeding will be conducted under proper guidance. Visitors are requested to not feed them without supervision.
- Elephant food will be provided. It is not allowed to feed animals your own food.
- Provided buffet during tours will be swapped for pre-packed meals to prevent cross contamination.
- Shower with the elephant will allow the customer to join with rain shower or hose pipe only.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
- If you have any special dietary requirements, kindly specify them while booking.
- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time.
- Only available for locations within Pattaya City and Jomtien Beach. Otherwise, please proceed directly to the meet up location.
- Latecomers can't enter the venue once the event starts.
